Getting Adsense account is little complicated for newbie because it takes a lot of time new websites, as well strictly policies to comply before sign-up.

You should have created google account to sign-up, and website to run its ads, which is easy step and not complicated.

Not falsely encouraging clicks
Not offering copyrighted material / downloads

The site should have reliable traffic sources
Sites shouldn’t redirect users to undesirable pages / sites / pop-ups or pop-unders
Gambling content
Not using automatically generated content
Not creating empty pages with no original content
Not using content that is copied from other webpages

Not using adult / dangerous / derogatory content
Not offering alcohol / tobacco / healthcare related content
Not using aggressive / threatening content
Not using illegal content

Requirements for approved accounts:

Platform: Website/blog or YouTube channel
Traffic: Accept even low traffic
Content: Unique content that is rich in text, few images and videos
Category: It accepts many categories except adult, gambling, sales, education, torrents, violence, drugs, illegal and other immoral content.
Compatibility: With other ads except pops and other excessive ad behaviour.
